Account & Sign In

• Registration — Create a new HPzenAi account to access the app, manage gateways, and monitor connected devices.
• Login with Password — Sign in to the HPzenAi app using your registered email address and password.
• Login with Email OTP — Sign in to the HPzenAi app using a one-time passcode sent to your registered email address — no password required.
• Forgot Password — Reset your HPzenAi account password using a link sent to your registered email address.
• MFA — Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your HPzenAi account for enhanced login security.

Settings & Devices

• User Name Update — Change the display name on your HPzenAi account.
• Gateway Registration — Add an HPzenAi gateway to your account so you can link and manage connected devices.
• Device Linking with Gateway — Add an HPzenAi device to a registered gateway so it can be monitored and controlled from the app.
• Device De-Linking with Gateway — Remove a device from a gateway in the app without affecting the physical wiring or the device itself.
• Device Name Update — Rename a linked device in the HPzenAi app to something meaningful for your installation.

Smart & Automation

• Automations — Create Smart workflows, configure schedules, run scenes, and troubleshoot automation behavior.

Access Management

• User Access Transfer — Transfer full account ownership of your HPzenAi project to another registered user.
• Reset the Devices or Gateway — Factory reset a device or gateway to clear all configurations and return it to an unlinked state.
• Multiple Users Access — Allow — Invite additional users to access your HPzenAi project with a specified access level.
• Multiple Users Access — Remove — Revoke a user's access to your HPzenAi project immediately.
