Reset Email Not Arriving
- 1Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails are sometimes filtered automatically.
- 2Confirm the email address you entered matches the one used during registration exactly — including any dots or plus signs.
- 3If the reset link has expired (valid 30 minutes), go back to Forgot Password and request a new link.
- 4If you no longer have access to the registered email, contact HPzenAi support.
