  • The email address used to register your HPzenAi account.
  • Access to that email inbox to receive the password reset link.
  • HPzenAi app installed on your phone.

Open the HPzenAi app and go to the Login screen

Reset Email Not Arriving​

Steps​

  • Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails are sometimes filtered automatically.
  • Confirm the email address you entered matches the one used during registration exactly — including any dots or plus signs.
  • If the reset link has expired (valid 30 minutes), go back to Forgot Password and request a new link.
  • If you no longer have access to the registered email, contact HPzenAi support.
