- 2HPzenAi gateway (GW-W1 or GW-XR1) powered on and connected to a network (Wi-Fi or SIM).
- 3The gateway QR code (on the label on the gateway body) or the gateway serial number.
- 4HPzenAi app installed on your phone.

After Registration
- 1Proceed to Device Linking with Gateway to start adding RS485 devices to this gateway.
- 2If the gateway shows Offline after registration: check the network connection (Wi-Fi or SIM signal) and confirm the gateway is powered on.
- 3Each gateway can support multiple devices on its RS485 bus — see the gateway technical specifications for bus capacity.
