Gateway Registration

Add an HPzenAi gateway to your account so you can link and manage connected devices.

What You'll Need​

Steps​

  • An active HPzenAi account — must be logged in.
  • HPzenAi gateway (GW-W1 or GW-XR1) powered on and connected to a network (Wi-Fi or SIM).
  • The gateway QR code (on the label on the gateway body) or the gateway serial number.
  • HPzenAi app installed on your phone.

Open the HPzenAi app and log in

After Registration​

Steps​

  • Proceed to Device Linking with Gateway to start adding RS485 devices to this gateway.
  • If the gateway shows Offline after registration: check the network connection (Wi-Fi or SIM signal) and confirm the gateway is powered on.
  • Each gateway can support multiple devices on its RS485 bus — see the gateway technical specifications for bus capacity.
