Login Issues​

Steps​

  • If login fails with 'Incorrect password': double-check the email address is exactly as registered, then re-enter the password.
  • If you have forgotten your password: tap Forgot Password on the login screen — see the Forgot Password guide.
  • If your account is locked after multiple failed attempts: wait 10 minutes then try again, or use Forgot Password to reset.
