Invite additional users to access your HPzenAi project with a specified access level.

What You'll Need​

Steps​

  • You must be the Account Owner or Admin to invite users.
  • The person you are inviting must already have a registered HPzenAi account.
  • The invited user's registered email address.
  • HPzenAi app installed and logged in.

Open the HPzenAi app and go to Account Settings

After Inviting​

Steps​

  • Pending invitations are shown in User Management — you can cancel them before they are accepted.
  • Invited users can only see and control devices within the project they were invited to.
  • You can change a user's access level at any time from User Management — tap the user, then tap Edit Role.
  • Invitations expire after 72 hours if not accepted — re-send from User Management if needed.
