What You'll Need
- 1You must be Account Owner or Admin to remove users.
- 2An existing user in your project's User Management list.
- 3HPzenAi app installed and logged in.
- 4Note: Account Owners cannot be removed — use User Access Transfer first if the owner needs to be changed.

Open the HPzenAi app and go to Account Settings

After Removing
- 1The removed user cannot view or control any devices in your project.
- 2Any automation rules or alerts they created remain active — review and clean up rules in Automation if needed.
- 3You can re-invite the user at any time from User Management → Add User.
- 4If you removed yourself accidentally (Admin removing own access): the Account Owner can re-add you.
