Before You Reset
- 1A factory reset permanently removes all configurations, schedules, automation rules, and device associations from the unit being reset.
- 2This action cannot be undone — the device or gateway must be re-registered and re-configured from scratch after a reset.
- 3Resetting a gateway also de-links all devices connected to it — they return to an unlinked state.
- 4You must be Account Owner or Admin to perform a reset.
- 5Only reset if you are decommissioning the unit, moving it to a different account, or troubleshooting a persistent configuration fault.
