What You'll Need
- 1You must be the current Account Owner to initiate a transfer — Admin or Viewer accounts cannot transfer ownership.
- 2The new owner must already have a registered HPzenAi account.
- 3You need the new owner's registered email address.
- 4HPzenAi app installed and logged in.

Important Notes
- 1A transfer request expires after 48 hours — if not accepted, you remain the account owner.
- 2You can cancel a pending transfer request from User Management → Transfer Ownership → Cancel Request.
- 3After transfer, the new owner controls billing, user access, and account-level settings.
- 4Contact HPzenAi support if you need to transfer an account after losing access to your email.
