User Access Transfer

Transfer full account ownership of your HPzenAi project to another registered user.

What You'll Need​

Steps​

  • You must be the current Account Owner to initiate a transfer — Admin or Viewer accounts cannot transfer ownership.
  • The new owner must already have a registered HPzenAi account.
  • You need the new owner's registered email address.
  • HPzenAi app installed and logged in.

Open the HPzenAi app and go to Account Settings

Important Notes​

Steps​

  • A transfer request expires after 48 hours — if not accepted, you remain the account owner.
  • You can cancel a pending transfer request from User Management → Transfer Ownership → Cancel Request.
  • After transfer, the new owner controls billing, user access, and account-level settings.
  • Contact HPzenAi support if you need to transfer an account after losing access to your email.
