What is an HPzenAi Level Sensor?
HPzenAi level sensors are submersible pressure-type sensors that measure water depth in tanks, sumps, underground reservoirs, and borewells. They connect to the HPzenAi Gateway via RS485 Modbus RTU and deliver real-time water level readings — displayed as millimetres, metres, and tank fill percentage — to the HPzenAi app. Automated alerts and pump control rules can be configured directly from the app to protect against overflow and dry-run conditions.

Product Description
HPzenAi LS-PRE series sensors use calibrated piezoresistive pressure elements sealed in a stainless-steel and HDPE submersible body. A vented cable runs from the sensor to the surface, compensating for atmospheric pressure variations to deliver accurate absolute depth readings. The RS485 output communicates measurement data in millimetres — the HPzenAi app converts this to percentage of tank capacity and metres of water depth based on the configured tank height.
