What is an HPzenAi Relay Controller?
The HPzenAi relay controller is an 8-channel 12V DC switching device that controls solenoid valves, hydraulic valves, motor starters, lights, pumps, and other relay-driven field equipment. It connects to the HPzenAi platform via RS485 to a gateway, or directly via built-in Wi-Fi, SIM, or RF radio, enabling remote on/off control, daily and weekly scheduling, manual override, and sensor-triggered automation from the HPzenAi app. All schedules are stored on the controller itself and execute independently of internet connectivity.

The HPzenAi relay controller is a DIN rail mounted IP40 enclosure device with 8 independently switchable relay output channels, each rated at 12V DC / 5A. All models include RS485 Modbus RTU communication for gateway integration, plus Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) and BLE for direct device connectivity. Higher-tier models add a nano-SIM slot for cellular fallback and/or an RF radio for extended-range field communication.
