What is an HPzenAi Smart Valve?
HPzenAi smart valves are electrically actuated and mechanically controlled flow-control devices designed for remote irrigation management, pump protection, and distribution network control. Solenoid and hydraulic models are operated through the HPzenAi relay controller and app, enabling scheduled, manual, and sensor-triggered switching from anywhere. Pressure-control models are fully mechanical and require no power or wiring.
Remote Open / Close
App-controlled switching via the HPzenAi relay controller — open or close any valve from anywhere
Schedule & Automation
Daily and weekly irrigation schedules with soil-moisture and level-sensor triggers
Multiple Valve Types
Solenoid, hydraulic pilot-actuated, pressure reducing, sustaining, and relief variants in one ecosystem
Surge & Backflow Protection
Hydraulic models provide slow-close actuation to eliminate water hammer on high-flow lines
Product Description
HPzenAi valves span three technology categories: solenoid (electrically operated, direct-acting), hydraulic (pilot-actuated, high-flow), and pressure-control (mechanical, passive). Solenoid and hydraulic models connect to the 8-channel HPzenAi relay controller, which supplies 12V DC switching and provides app connectivity. Pressure-control valves are field-adjustable and need no power supply.

Applications & Use Cases
HPzenAi valves are used across residential, agricultural, and commercial water distribution systems wherever remote switching, scheduled irrigation, or pressure management is required.
| Application | Description |
|---|---|
| Drip Irrigation Zones | Solenoid valves (DN15–DN25) switch individual irrigation zones on a daily or weekly schedule from the app |
| Farm Irrigation Mains | Hydraulic DN50 valves handle high-flow main lines with slow-close actuation to prevent water hammer |
| Sprinkler Systems | Multiple solenoid valves controlled in sequence by relay controller scheduling for full coverage |
| Pressure Management | PRV valves maintain constant downstream pressure for sprinklers and drip systems on variable-pressure supply lines |
| Pump Discharge Protection | PRV-R relief valves release excess pressure at pump outlet to protect pipeline and fittings during surges |
| Priority Zone Control | PRV-S sustaining valves ensure upstream pressure is maintained before downstream zones are served |
| Smart Building Water Control | Solenoid valves on individual building water supply lines enable remote isolation and schedule-based conservation |
| Remote Agricultural Sites | Relay controller with SIM-enabled XR1/X1 models manages multiple valve zones without on-site intervention |
Available Models
Solenoid valves are available in DN15, DN20, and DN25. Hydraulic valves come in DN50 in two actuator configurations. Pressure-control valves are selected by function (reducing, sustaining, or relief). All electrically operated valves connect to an HPzenAi relay controller.
