Wire Color Mapping

Communication Installation Requirements
Steps
- Connect the RS485 communication cable between the water meter and the HPzenAi Gateway.
- Verify correct wiring polarity before powering the system.
- Ensure all terminal connections are securely tightened.
- Route communication cables separately from high-voltage power cables to minimise electrical interference.
- Protect outdoor cable runs using suitable conduit or cable protection.
- Confirm successful communication after installation.

Steps
- Yellow wire connected to RS485 A (+).
- Green wire connected to RS485 B (-).
- Red wire connected to Power (+V).
- Black wire connected to Power (GND).
- Gateway powered and online.
- Water meter detected by the gateway.
- Communication established successfully.
