How Connectivity Works
HPzenAi water meters do not connect directly to Wi-Fi. The meter communicates with the HPzenAi Gateway through RS485, and the gateway forwards data to the cloud through Wi-Fi or SIM connectivity.

Prerequisites
- 1Water meter installed and commissioned.

Device Linking Procedure

Verification
- 1Water meter appears under linked devices.
- 2Device status shows Connected.
- 3Gateway communication is active.

Expected Result
Once configured, the HPzenAi Gateway automatically collects water meter readings and securely transmits data to the HPzenAi platform. Users can monitor consumption, review historical data, receive alerts, and access water meter information through the HPzenAi Mobile App and web dashboard.
