Product pricing, GST, and legal compliance
All prices displayed on HPzenAi's website, application, and official catalogues are expressed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without advance notice, but the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance is the price applicable to that order.
- GST is charged at the applicable rate under the CGST Act, 2017 and the relevant State GST Act, and is reflected on the GST-compliant tax invoice issued after dispatch.
- The tax invoice includes the product description, HSN/SAC code, applicable GST rate and amount, and HPzenAi's GSTIN.
- HPzenAi complies with applicable Legal Metrology Act, 2009 requirements regarding maximum retail price (MRP) display and unit of measurement on packaged products where applicable.
- Prices on third-party marketplaces and authorised dealer channels may differ from direct-store pricing; HPzenAi does not guarantee price matching across channels.
- Customers remain responsible for import duties, customs charges, IGST on imports, and similar levies for out-of-territory shipments.
Pricing errors and corrections
HPzenAi makes reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy on its platforms. In the event of an obvious technical or typographical pricing error, HPzenAi reserves the right to cancel or revise the affected order.
- Where an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid through the original payment method within three to five business days.
- HPzenAi will notify the customer of the correct price and offer the option to reorder at the corrected price.
- Customers are not entitled to receive products at obviously incorrect prices; this clause protects both parties from unintended pricing system errors.
Payment terms and accepted methods
Direct purchases through HPzenAi platforms require full advance payment before order processing, manufacturing release, dispatch, or service activation. Marketplace orders follow the payment options and timing rules of the relevant e-commerce platform.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, PayPal, and other approved gateway options available at checkout.
- For institutional and B2B customers, purchase order-based payment arrangements may be agreed separately in writing with HPzenAi's sales team.
- GST-compliant electronic tax invoices are generated and sent to the registered email address after payment realisation.
- HPzenAi is not responsible for order processing delays caused by bank outages, payment gateway disruptions, or transaction failures outside its control.
Shipping charges and channel-based pricing
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately at checkout before order confirmation and are non-refundable once dispatch has taken place.
- HPzenAi currently offers free standard shipping on eligible direct-store orders across India; this offer may be modified at any time.
- Express delivery, remote-location delivery, or oversized item charges may be displayed and billed separately.
- International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and destination-country levies are the customer's responsibility and are not included in listed prices.
- Enterprise, OEM, and bulk buyers may receive confidential quote-based pricing under separate written commercial agreements.
Cancellation, refund timing, and post-dispatch handling
Orders may generally be cancelled only before shipment or before the dispatch release has been issued. Once dispatched, HPzenAi follows its no-refund-after-dispatch position except where required by applicable law.
- Where HPzenAi cancels an order due to unavailability, a pricing error, or an internal fulfilment issue, a full refund will be initiated within three to five business days.
- Where a customer cancels before dispatch, the refund is typically initiated within three to five business days through the original payment method.
- Post-dispatch product issues are handled through the Returns & Warranty page.
- Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video for every order as this is the primary evidence accepted for damage, shortage, or DOA claims.
Enterprise, OEM, and bulk order pricing
Volume discounts, OEM pricing, tender pricing, and custom product quotations are available for eligible institutional, commercial, and government buyers.
- Enterprise and bulk pricing is provided under confidential written quotations or commercial agreements and does not apply to retail or consumer orders.

Policy updates and support contact
HPzenAi may revise this Pricing Policy to reflect changes in tax rates, business operations, fulfilment models, Legal Metrology requirements, or applicable regulations. Material changes become effective when published on HPzenAi platforms.
