These Terms of Use govern access to HPzenAi's website, mobile application, and related digital services. By accessing any HPzenAi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
- If you use the platform on behalf of a company, partnership, or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Permitted use and account responsibility
Users may browse products, create and manage accounts, place and track orders, access product documentation, submit support requests, and download approved firmware or software updates for purchased HPzenAi products.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, OTP-linked channels, and all activity conducted through your account.
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering, placing orders, or interacting with HPzenAi support.
- Notify support@hpzenai.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
User-generated content and communications
Where HPzenAi allows product reviews, support attachments, forum posts, or other user submissions, you remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of that content.
- HPzenAi may review, moderate, edit, or remove user-submitted content that violates these terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
- HPzenAi may send important service alerts, order notifications, account notices, billing messages, and legal updates that cannot be fully opted out of while an active account is maintained.

Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, product names, trade marks, service marks, logos, documentation, website design, software, source code, compiled firmware, and related materials are the intellectual property of HPzenAi or its licensors, protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable laws.
- Access to HPzenAi platforms does not transfer any ownership rights to users.
- No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from HPzenAi.
- Users are granted a limited right to download product documentation solely for operating purchased HPzenAi products.
